Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will lead client communications, relay their requests to the internal team, and oversee the execution of marketing strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage projects efficiently, and drive results will be essential to success in this role.
This role requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional organization, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be responsible for keeping clients informed, coordinating with our production team, and ensuring that deliverables meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Success
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, responding to their needs and keeping them informed on project progress.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Set clear expectations with clients and provide strategic guidance on their marketing initiatives.
Project Management
- Relay client requests to internal teams, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and understood.
- Oversee project execution, conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews before delivering work to clients.
- Maintain a high level of organization, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
Reporting & Strategy Alignment
- Lead monthly or quarterly client meetings, presenting reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Work closely with clients to refine strategies and ensure their marketing objectives align with business goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimization.

Technical Skills & Requirements
- ✅ 2-4 years of experience as a Client Success Manager (CSM) or Project Manager in a digital marketing agency
- ✅ Proficiency in ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
- ✅ Experience with Go High Level CRM (or similar client relationship management software)
- ✅ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, webpage content production, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- ✅ Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
