Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients—keeping projects on track, ensuring clear communication, and making sure our work delivers real value. You’ll lead client interactions, manage expectations, and work with our internal team to execute top-notch marketing strategies.

This role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure clients get the best experience and results possible.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Success

  • Be the primary contact for assigned clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Set clear expectations and provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.

Project Management

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Communicate client requests to internal teams and ensure tasks are well understood.
  • Conduct QA reviews before delivering work to clients.
  • Track deadlines and maintain organization to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and work with the team to resolve them.

Reporting & Strategy Alignment

  • Lead client meetings (monthly/quarterly) to review marketing performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure marketing strategies align with clients’ business goals.

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Project Manager in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
  • Experience with Go HighLevel CRM (or similar client relationship management software).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Availability Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
