Paid Ads Specialist (Remote | Full-Time Contractor)

Position Overview:

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in crafting data-driven ad strategies that take our clients’ businesses to new heights. Your expertise in PPC will help deck builders reach more customers, generate quality leads, and achieve measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
    • Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Perform audience researchkeyword targeting, and craft compelling ad copy that resonates.
    • Conduct A/B testing to boost ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze key metrics (like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) to assess campaign effectiveness.
    • Continuously refine campaigns to maximize conversions and improve ROI.
    • Provide insightful, actionable reports for both the marketing team and clients.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work with content and design teams to develop creative ad visuals that captivate audiences.
    • Collaborate with account strategists to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
    • Perform competitive research to identify new opportunities.
    • Implement fresh strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and client branding standards.
    • Conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and consistency.

  • Excellent ad copywriting and data analysis abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with remarketingdisplay ads, and programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Go High Level) and marketing automation
  • Basic understanding of SEO to align paid and organic efforts

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
