You’ve managed designers, developers, copywriters, or social media creatives before, and you know how to set a clear vision while keeping projects moving smoothly. You’re passionate about blending creativity with performance; UX, CRO, design, messaging, and execution working together.

You’re the person who notices when a layout feels off, when copy misses the tone, or when a site flow could convert better. And you know how to give feedback that’s clear, supportive, and actionable.

What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Creative Manager, you’ll lead the entire Creative Department – design, development, content, and social media – while owning the quality, consistency, and conversion performance of all assets we produce.

Your work will shape how homeowners experience our deck builder clients brand,  websites, ads, and content every day.

Here’s what that looks like:
 

Lead a Talented Creative Team

Guide designers, developers, copywriters, and social specialists so they can do their best work. You’ll run Creative L10s, set priorities, and create clarity and alignment across the department.

Own Our Creative Vision & Quality Bar

You’ll ensure that every design, layout, web page, landing page, ad, and piece of content meets DBM’s quality, UX, and client’s brand standards; and that everything we ship is polished, purposeful, and on time.

Drive Conversion-Focused Creative

From websites to landing pages to PPC creative, you’ll own CRO improvements and ensure every asset supports performance, clarity, and user experience.

Collaborate Across Departments

You’ll work closely with Strategy, CX, and Marketing to ensure projects run smoothly and creative assets align with campaign goals, timelines, and client expectations.

Build Simple, Effective Creative Processes

Create and improve SOPs, QA workflows, and creative systems that make production faster, cleaner, and more predictable.

Mentor & Develop Creatives

From design best practices to UX thinking to better communication; you’ll help your team level up and feel supported, motivated, and appreciated.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytics & reporting experience
  • 3+ years in creative, design, or web-focused management
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating CRO-forward design + UX
  • Intermediate understanding of website development fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of Figma and WordPress
  • Advanced understanding of brand, design, and visual communication
  • Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining accountability
  • Experience in a marketing agency environment preferred
  • Comfort working ET hours
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
