- Test process with you to make sure you are happy with all communication preferences and branding.
- Let the reviews come in!
- Continue to optimize feedback emails, landing pages, and reminder email settings for best the results.
- We will monitor all negative reviews and shoot to resolve any of these within a couple of hours.
- Reply to all positive reviews to really showcase the passion you have to ensure an amazing experience for your customers, let your brand shine with the feedback posted online and prove your amazing customer service.
- You'll receive activity reports on a weekly basis along with any personal consultation needed to help you increase your amazing reviews.
