What You’ll Do
This isn’t just another admin role—you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth financial management, HR processes, and overall efficiency.
Financial Management
- Maintain bookkeeping, P&L statements, cash flow projections, and balance sheets.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly KPI scorecards for leadership.
- Forecast cash flow to support hiring and business growth.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and employee benefits (via Gusto).
HR Support
- Manage employee onboarding & training paths with managers.
- Assist in recruitment, from job postings to interview scheduling.
- Coordinate performance reviews and maintain employee records.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Book travel & accommodations for team members and leadership.
- Register team members for events and coordinate logistics.
- Order & track team merchandise, gifts, and supplies.
- Align hiring and financial strategies with the Integrator.
- Plan team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
- Maintain & update SOPs for efficient internal processes.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or Accounting Analyst.
- Advanced English Level (C1) – strong communication is key!
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage financial statements, and meet deadlines with ease.
