Our Sales Jumpstart CRM (built on GoHighLevel) is at the center of it all, and that’s where you come in. We need a CRM ninja who can help clients get set up, automate their processes, and troubleshoot issues so they can focus on building decks—not chasing leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and optimizing CRM accounts inside Sales Jumpstart (GoHighLevel) for new clients.
• Automating lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and sales workflows to help our clients close more deals.
• Training clients so they actually use the system and get results (not let it collect dust).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving when things don’t go as planned—because tech hiccups happen!
• Keeping up with GoHighLevel updates and making sure our clients benefit from new features.
• Analyzing CRM performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve lead conversion.

Who You Are

• You’ve been working with GoHighLevel for at least 2 years—this isn’t your first rodeo.
• You love tech and automation—the idea of streamlining systems gets you excited.
• You’re a problem-solver—when something breaks, you figure it out.
• You’re a great communicator—you can explain things in a way that makes sense, even to non-techy clients.
• You geek out over analytics—you enjoy tracking and optimizing performance.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment—no lone wolves here!

What You Need to Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM—this is a must.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, pipeline management, and lead tracking.
• Experience setting up Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, and Google Business Profile integrations.
• Ability to train and support clients on CRM best practices and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with email & SMS automation to improve deliverability and engagement.

Bonus Points If You Have

• GoHighLevel Certified Admin or similar certifications
• Experience integrating Facebook Ads leads with GoHighLevel
• Knowledge of API integrations & advanced automation strategies
