We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing company looking for a remote, part-time Office Manager to work closely with the CEO to oversee all HR, financial, and budgeting aspects of the company and projects. The main goal of this position is to ensure that the company’s administrative function and company financials further the goals of the organization.


Goal: Ensure that the company’s administrative function furthers the goals of the organization,

  • Run bi-weekly payroll & manage Gusto
  • Invoicing and communicating with clients regarding billing issues
  • Maintain accurate company financials
  • Provide recommendations for increased profits
  • Bookkeeping
  • Maintaining knowledge of current federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring adherence to them, filing reports, and communicating with management on needed actions
  • Handling processing tasks for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections
  • Filing documents to maintain historical records
  • Produce monthly financial reports on each project and overall company financials
  • Recruit new team members
  • Provide support in human resources with regard to hiring and onboarding of new employees
  • Counseling any employees struggling in their roles
  • Manage office communication via mail, email & phone
  • Any other office management tasks as needed
  • Maintain a healthy company culture and coordinate regular team-building events
  • Accountable for client gifts, team incentives, and company benefits

  • Minimum of 3 years of Administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Highly detail-oriented, extremely organized, and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
