Nicole has spent her life in Florida, growing up in Miami, attending college in the Panhandle, and now residing in Winter Haven. She got engaged to her best friend last year, and together they have a dog named Archie.

Nicole entered the digital marketing world in 2019 and discovered a passion for helping create healthy, strong teams. She found that EOS provided a framework for this. She enjoys defining key elements of a company's vision and building a culture that supports it.

At DBM, Nicole helps the team bring April's vision to life. She is passionate about ensuring the right team members are in the right roles and supporting them to provide the best service and experience for all clients.

Nicole enjoys playing Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, having movie marathons, traveling, riding roller coasters, solving puzzles, and building Legos, which is her most expensive hobby.

A fun fact about Nicole is that she has visited seven different countries—Jamaica, Venezuela, Colombia, Haiti, Germany, England—and lived in the Netherlands for three months. She hopes to add more countries to her list in the future.
