We’re hiring a Paid Search Lead to own paid advertising performance across our client base. This is a senior, behind-the-scenes role with real responsibility, decision-making authority, and a clear path to leadership.
This role is designed for someone who already has strong paid media experience and is looking for more ownership, influence, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Own
- Google Search, Google Display, and Local Services Ads (primary focus)
- Paid performance across a portfolio of client accounts at different stages
- CPL and efficiency targets, with strategy and context behind them
- Budget recommendations, testing plans, and optimization decisions
- Ongoing testing and performance improvement across accounts
- Clear, practical communication with Account Managers to support client conversations
- Identifying when campaigns, inputs, offers, or expectations need to change — and speaking up about it
Channel Scope
- Primary ownership: Google Search, Display, and Local Services Ads
- Supporting channels: Bing Ads and Meta Ads
Meta plays an important role in the customer journey and may include awareness, traffic, lead generation, and retargeting campaigns. Meta strategy and execution are developed in collaboration with strategy and creative to support buyers at different stages of decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience managing Google Ads for local service businesses
- Comfort tying paid media performance to revenue, capacity, and close rates
- Ability to make decisions independently and explain them clearly
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- Desire to grow into a senior lead role and eventually manage others
