Our unique “Deck Builder Marketing System” encompasses websites, SEO, PPC, Social Ads, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing & Sales Automation, tailored specifically for the niche deck-building industry. We are in search of a dedicated, full-time Paid Ads Specialist to help us achieve this ambitious goal by crafting and managing high-performing paid ad campaigns.
Role Overview
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI for our clients while ensuring campaigns align with their overall marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do Here:
Main Goal: Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Management
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to enhance campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing to refine creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, ROI) and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Budget Management
- Plan and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Track and report monthly ad spend and provide budget recommendations for ongoing and future campaigns.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with account strategists to align campaigns with client objectives.
- Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on paid ad trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new tools or strategies to enhance performance.
- Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and brand guidelines.
- Regularly audit campaigns to maintain accuracy and quality.
Must Haves:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating compelling ad copy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience with remarketing, display ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of SEO to align paid ad strategies with organic search efforts.
