You’re not a traditional salesperson. You’re a problem solver, a listener, and a guide. You’ve worked inside a marketing agency before, so you get how the pieces fit together. You can speak to a business owner’s challenges, spot where their current strategy is falling short, and walk them through how we can help—without being pushy.

You’re organized, empathetic, and strategic. You know how to move fast without dropping the ball. And most of all? You care about the clients just as much as we do.

What You’ll Do

As our first dedicated Sales Rep, you’ll own the full sales process — from the first call to a seamless handoff to onboarding. You’ll represent Deck Builder Marketers (DBM) and A. Edwards, Inc. as more than just a marketing agency: you’ll position us as a long-term Growth Partner for successful deck-building companies. 

You will: 

  • Run Zoom-based consults with warm inbound leads (and occasional outbound opportunities)
  • Match prospects with the best-fit marketing program 
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align on campaigns and messaging
  • Capture detailed notes and strategic insights to hand off to our onboarding team
  • Build and improve SOPs that ensure a seamless, aligned client experience
  • Track all activity in HighLevel CRM and communicate updates clearly to the team
  • Attend occasional industry events, networking opportunities, and referral-building activitiesoves turning data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Need 

  • 5+ years high ticket sales, ideally B2C.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Advanced CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Confidence in consultative selling (no pressure tactics).
  • Ability to work ET hours.

  • Your pipeline is healthy, clean, and accurate
  • You’re actively helping us refine and improve the way we sell
