What You’ll Do

You’ll be the anchor behind the CEO’s productivity by managing her time, streamlining priorities, and keeping life logistics on point.

Executive Support

  • Coordinate and optimize the CEO’s calendar, balancing business and family life
  • Monitor and organize Slack, inboxes, and task tools to reduce noise and protect focus
  • Ensure follow-ups are completed and next steps are always clear

Personal + Life Logistics

  • Manage travel bookings, event planning, and online orders
  • Coordinate home maintenance and vendors (grooming, car wash, repairs, etc.)
  • Support with financial tracking and reminders

What You’ll Bring

🔹 1+ years as an EA, PA, or VA supporting a C-level executive
🔹 Fluent English (C1 or higher)
🔹 Advanced skills in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
🔹 Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar task managers)
🔹 Bonus Points: Basic QuickBooks and financial coordination, and/or Marketing experience.
🔹 Advanced research & vendor sourcing experience

🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Who You’ll Work With

  • CEO – Daily check-ins, scheduling, task reviews
  • Team Leads – Coordinating deliverables and follow-up
  • Bookkeeper – Monthly expense tracking and coordination
  • Vendors – Booking travel, managing household services, scheduling podcast appearances
