At Deck Builder Marketers, we are on a groundbreaking mission to assist 100 deck builders in doubling their revenue over the next five years. Our unique “Deck Builder Marketing System” encompasses websites, SEO, PPC, Social Ads, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing & Sales Automation, tailored specifically for the niche deck-building industry. We are in search of an experienced, full-time Graphic & Web Designer ready to make a substantial impact and help us achieve this ambitious goal.

Role Overview

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will play a critical role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs for both print and digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing social media posts, web design mockups, and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. Your designs will help elevate the visual identity of our brand and those of our clients.

What You’ll Do Here:

Main Goal: Create visually captivating and engaging designs to enhance user experience and elevate brand identity.

Daily Responsibilities:

Design web design mockups using Figma.
Create digital banners, social media templates, e-flyers, and email marketing campaign templates.
Develop compelling graphics and layouts for websites.
Design brand guidelines and logos.
Create interactive PDFs and editable Google Slides presentations.
Design t-shirt graphics and landing pages in HighLevel.
Perform updates and content additions on WordPress sites using builders or the WordPress dashboard.
Provide creative direction and critique other team members’ work.
Maintain communication with the Project Manager and report daily updates.
Attend company meetings and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Must Haves:

2+ years of experience in graphic and web design.
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Google Slides, and Canva.
Basic knowledge of HighLevel, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and builders like Divi and/or Elementor.
Strong soft skills including teamwork, flexibility, honesty, customer service, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, creativity, attention to detail, handling criticism, continuous learning, organization, proactivity, and collaboration.
