Our company, Deck Builder Marketers, is seeking a social media expert with experience managing social directly for a marketing agency’s own social (not their clients).
We have a ton of ideas and content started, but we need someone that can bring it all together, bring new ideas to the table, and ensure that we’re being consistent and cutting-edge. Our clients look at what we do ourselves for a glimpse into what we can do for them!
Our target audience is deck builders (construction companies that specialize in building decks)
Requirements
GOAL: Grow our following and engage interest in our brand as a solution to deck builder’s business growth/lead generation issues
Looking for someone locally to manage our social media. Someone that can take video footage and travel for tradeshows with me to do the same and post in real-time.
This person would handle community management and work to engage prospects online by following other accounts, commenting on the content, and growing our audience.
We also need support getting our TikTok channel going and being consistent with short-form content for reels and stories on other channels.
This person needs to have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to improve and get increased performance and be highly creative.
Strategy, design, copy, social posting, community management, and video editing are required.
