April Edwards (0:08) So what was going on with your business that caused you to start looking for digital marketing help?

Mike Mitchel (0:12) The kind of downturn in the phone calls coming in during the economy, things like that. So I wanted to be in front of that and make sure that I was getting the amount of leads that I needed to and what sparked that thought was, I’m looking to grow, so I want to add a salesperson to our team, and in order to add somebody to the team, you need to have the leads coming in for them. So I started looking, and this looks like a great fit. And so far it’s been, it’s been amazing, also with the the integration for like the CRM and things like that, to keep it all organized, now that the leads are are flowing in more, we have to, we have to keep them organized.

April Edwards (0:55) So how was business before, working with us? And how have things changed since?

Mike Mitchel (1:00) I’d say the biggest change that I’ve noticed is the reaction the customer gets with the follow ups and the communication and the close rates for the leads that are coming in.

April Edwards (1:14) Has that saved your sales team time?

Mike Mitchel (1:17) Since I am my sales team, right? It’s helped me stay organized and give the customers the time of day and the proper attention and give them a better experience with with our company.

April Edwards (1:31) Can you just tell us a little bit more of what our team implemented and put in place for you?

Mike Mitchel (1:35) I got a brand new website built, which was really cool. It has a lot of integrations that go into a CRM that I didn’t have. The CRM has been super helpful within that all of my leads are actually tracked, so I know where I’m getting the leads from and what that could turn into as far as sales. So you can actually see a direct correlation from what marketing avenues are working, which ones aren’t? Also the social media side of things has exploded. So it’s nice to see the growth on multiple fronts.

April Edwards (2:11) How has it impacted your business, of both your business and you personally.

Mike Mitchel (2:16) So with the business, it’s impacted sales, like we’re saying. It’s definitely increase the amount of leads by quite a bit. It’s that the leads are more qualified. So when I get a lead in, I have a more better feeling already, right up the get go, that these people are customers of ours, and they want to work with us. And on the personal side, it’s freed up a lot of my time. So between the software and the quality of leads, I’ve had a lot more time to spend not in business.

April Edwards (2:47) So, answer this, I almost didn’t hire your company because, and here is why I decided to move forward.

Mike Mitchel (2:54) The communication after that first interview with them, I was sold on the fact that there’s a better way to do things, and there’s way more to marketing than just throwing up a website or putting a couple social media ads out. So even though there is an investment in it, it definitely pays for itself.

April Edwards (3:16) Thank you so much. What would you say to somebody considering our services?
